When you submit a form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide: name, company, contact details and the content of your enquiry. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes form submissions on our behalf; standard server logs (IP, browser) are kept for security. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
To respond to your enquiry, to perform the counterparty screening our compliance policy requires before any trade, and — only where you have ticked the consent box — to send occasional trade insights by email. We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with group companies involved in serving your enquiry (for example Bruce Logistics for a clearance question) or where the law requires.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as a business relationship is live or reasonably prospective, and trade documentation for the periods Indian law requires (typically five years).
