A. Partner Search / Distributor Connect Being searching for a right distributor; the biggest challenge in India Entry and many good brands with good products have failed in India, either because they have not been able to identify the right distributor or the right distributor does not want to take another brand on board. There is no preset time here and the search can take years or even decades - in effect might lose the India prime business years. It takes years to establish a brand in India. The other option is a traditional route used by most multinationals, by setting up an Indian subsidiary before starting business in India. I do not recommend this model for you as its time and investment heavy.
